3,456 hand painted/hand lettered squares comprise the original 24" x 36" acrylic on canvas painting of "Mr. Cub".  Each letter is part of a word, and each word is the name of a Cub Hall of Famer, Owner, Manager, Announcer, retired number, key date in Cubs history, song about the Cubs, famous Cubs fans and more. Four Cubs logos filling squares #[512], [1,636], [2,528], [2,583] mark Ernie Banks' total number of home runs, RBI's, games played and hits as Cub.

A limited edition of 512 prints on 17" x 22", 100% cotton, fine art paper have been created in recognition of Ernie Banks' 512 career home runs.
